Terms of Service

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of this Service. The Company may establish rules and other provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") regarding the use of this Service in addition to these Terms. These Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms regardless of their name. If the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the Individual Provisions mentioned in the previous article, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.

2. Registration for Use

For this Service, registration for use shall be completed when the applicant for registration agrees to these Terms, applies for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company notifies the applicant of its approval.

The Company may not approve an application for registration if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following reasons, and shall not be obligated to disclose the reason:

• When false information has been submitted in the application for registration
• When the application is from a person who has violated these Terms in the past
• In other cases where the Company deems the registration to be inappropriate

3. Management of User ID and Password

Users shall appropriately manage their user ID and password for this Service, or login through external account linkage, at their own responsibility. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. The Company shall consider use as being by the user who registered the user ID when login is performed with a combination of user ID and password that matches the registered information or through external account linkage. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of the user ID and password by a third party, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

4. Usage Fees and Payment Method

As consideration for the paid portion of this Service, users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Company and displayed on this website by the method specified by the Company. If a user delays payment of the usage fees, the user shall pay a late payment charge at an annual rate of 14.6%.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using this Service:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
• Actions related to criminal activities
• Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of servers or networks of the Company, other users of this Service, or third parties
• Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
• Actions to collect or accumulate personal information about other users
• Actions to attempt or actually make unauthorized access
• Actions to impersonate other users
• Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in relation to the Company's services
• Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of this Service, or third parties

6. Suspension of Service Provision

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following reasons apply:

• When performing maintenance or updates on computer systems related to this Service
• When the provision of this Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
• In other cases where the Company determines that it is difficult to provide this Service

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this Service.

7. Copyright

Users may use this Service and post or upload information such as text, images, and videos only if they own the necessary intellectual property rights, including copyright, or have obtained permission from the necessary rights holders. The copyright of text, images, videos, etc. posted or uploaded by users through this Service shall be retained by the user or other existing rights holders. However, the Company may use text, images, videos, etc. posted or uploaded through this Service to the extent necessary for improving this Service, enhancing its quality, correcting deficiencies, and promoting this Service, and users shall not exercise their moral rights as authors regarding this use.

8. Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration

The Company may delete posted data, restrict all or part of the use of this Service, or cancel the registration as a user without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:

• When any provision of these Terms has been violated
• When it is found that there are false facts in the registration information
• When the credit card provided by the user as a payment method has been suspended
• When there is a failure to fulfill payment obligations for fees, etc.
• When there is no response to communication from the Company for a certain period
• When there has been no use of this Service for a certain period since the last use
• In other cases where the Company deems the use of this Service inappropriate

9. Withdrawal

Users may withdraw from this Service through the withdrawal procedure specified by the Company.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Company does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that there are no defects in fact or law in this Service (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.). The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to users arising from this Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

11. Changes to Service Content

The Company may change, add, or discontinue the content of this Service with prior notice to users, and users shall accept this.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

The Company may change these Terms without individual consent from users when the change is in the general interest of users or when the change is not contrary to the purpose of the service usage contract and is reasonable.

13. Handling of Personal Information

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of this Service in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy."

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
